The moon was full as Iorik stepped full into it his wonderfull white fur shining brightly. His mouth was bloody with seal and his teeth rugged, his claws were a glorious sight to see, he was old and tired and no one who saw this great armored bear would even think it, he looked young and adventurious, but he was old and tired, still weary from his last swim. Memorys danced through his mind, the memory of Lyra and that other boy not Will but. . . Roger, was that boy even alive? Iorik doughted it but something made him think diffrently. A crystal was up ahead, it was mysterious, and had an important air around it, it was similer to Lyra's. His weary paws made their way to it, he gazed at it, it looked familure, perhaps it was the structure, the shape, then it hit him like an anchor. Human! That was what it was, he sniffed the body, no smell came to his nostrils, he licked the ice and his warm tounge melted it, he kept licking and soon a body of a boy was before him and that boy was Roger, his eyes were still opened and his hands wrapped tightly around a object, but what that object was Iorik didn't know, he was curious. He carefully removed the little fingers and ther in front of him was a note, or a letter. Iorik sighed and put it back with its dead owner, he had done enough. He wished to do nomore to the poor child. . . but Iorik would never know that, that boy was to be resuructed and when he was the world couldn't stop him from finding his Lyra.

Ok thats only the prologue, Roger never had an important role, and he shouldn't have ben killec off so I am giving him a chance for an important role alongside Lyra. . . .Yes Lyra you'll understand in chapter one when some one posts on this topic I'll right it but untill then I do not intend to double post, so remember post and you get chapter one, havn't finished it though. . .

Cool, I like the series and this story begining is pretty good.
Is it going to be in Iorik's POV all the way through though?

And PLEASE tell me Will & Lyra will be together. I cried for nearly a hour after their split in The Amber Spyglass. Especially with sitting in the same spot in differnt worlds on the anniversary of their parture sentence. That just did it for me. It took me nearly a hour to read the end of the book because of the all tears.

No sadness and heartache, please.
