Could someone help?

When I first got the GIMP, the Tool Options was one with the GIMP panel, but I accidentally closed it and ever since it's a seperate window. Is there a way I can make them one again?

Yup.

Look at the tools bar, and click BELOW the bar with the minimize, maximize and close buttons.

Drag that into the panel, and they should join up again.

If not, screenshot what you see, cause i'm not sure exactly what the problem is. But my method should work anyway (I hope =/).

hmm, I think you could safely close the tool box, and you would still be able to use it in the main GIMP window, but first, try holding click on the paintbrush Icon, and dragging that into the lower section of the main GIMP window.
