How do you resize images?

See the image in my siggy, how do resize it to make it smaller.

1. Download a graphics editing program (such as Gimp)
2. Use the resize tool, and shrink it until it's no wider than 450 and no higher than 150.

Actually you can resize images in Microsoft Picture Viewer, too. So you don't need to go through the hassle of downloading GIMP or anything.

Or, if you're on a Mac, (btw I recommend you all to be using one), you could use Preview.app that comes with OS X.
