okay p.gif I lost my sketchbook so when i find it ill scan my pictures into the computer and put them up. But. ive lost it so i found one of the drawings that was in the sketchbook and here it is. I did this sketch in Grade 7. tell me what you think of it.

I think that shows a lot of talent for a seventh grader. The deer in the back is great too.

Is that a path leading back? I had to look at it for a moment to come to that idea. I think it's because there's a break in the trail.

ahah it's supposed to be like a river.. i should have textured the water a bit more.. whats more is im not taking art next year in grade nine!!! because the art teacher is a pedophile..literally so instead im taking strings and integrated technologies..fo girls:p ahah but yaa string(music) is because i have a cello tongue.gif

The tree's were done very well. A lot of people have trouble with that, but you seem to have it down. I hope you find your sketchbook soon so we can see more of your recent works!

i hope to god that i find my sketchbook soon or im gonna start crying.. actually thats what i was doing last night.. was like crying in frustration.. but ya i have an amzing sketch of Saphira


i interrupt this message to bring you a more important one...OMG I FOUND MY SKETCHBOOK I FOUND IT I FOUND IT

but ya it was underneath my dresser and i didnt see it before but i looked with a flashlight and i found it!!! so here are a ton more drawings:p

I love the horses. The first one is insanely good. yes.gif You're pretty good with the basic shadows and stuff. Saphira looks cool, except there are no scales. But even I skip over time-consuming details like that. The coloring works really well. For Thorn, his skin kind of looks like feathers. It's not as smooth as Saphira but the facial details are great (on both dragons). He still looks just like the book cover. Anne Boleyn is good - people are hard to draw so good work. ).gif

haha thanx!! ya i don't know i did thorn like a year ago but as you said i cant stand doing little time consuming details like that... im a live by the moment kind of person who cant sit still for more than half a minute:p yaa:p apparently the younger kids are always the wild-child.tongue.gif ahah its true in me and my sister's case but yaa music is my motivation to draw:p if anyone wants to try it

I don't know much about drawing, but you asked me to check this out, and I have to say, really like these. I love the picture of Anne Boleyn by the way. You got her "goggle-eyes" and full sleeves too.
So, your character is angsting. It seems that his dog just died in a freak accident. That accident involved his kindly uncle, who didn't swerve in time to avoid the poor puppy. However, he did swerve in time to go off an embankment and hit a bus full of high school students including your character's girlfriend who'd just said yes to being taken to the dance. Unfortunately, the shock of the news caused the protagonist's kindly old mother to have a heart attack, which left his father without any will to live. So daddy hung himself and... Wait, what?
