Chapter One: Morning

It was just another typical day on Inheritance Forums; bickering, spamming, and banning. Bucket, one of the forum’s most active members had just reached 2,000 posts, a landmark event, seeing as he’s only been on a few months. Most of it was spam, of course, mixed with an occasional attempt at debate.

He yawned and got up from his chair to go fix himself a poptart. He loved poptarts, so gooey and chewy. Bucket smiled just thinking of them. He’d have to start an RPG on poptarts someday.

He strolled back to the computer and hit the “view new posts” button. The screen came up and showed that in the 15 seconds he’d been gone not a single new post had been made. Bucket frowned. Jeez, a whole a 15 seconds and not one post? What was everyone doing? He clicked the back button and scrolled to the bottom of the page an clicked on the stalker screen, a wonderful tool that showed exactly what every active member was doing. Bucket sighed. If only they had one of these at school.

He scrolled down and nearly spilled his coffee in excitement. Bartimaeoustrilogyfan was on! He hurridly rushed to the cycle forums and began his daily routine of bickering with her about Brom and Arya.

Bartimaeoustrilogyfan, or BTF was one of his favorite members of IF. Witty, pragmatic, wonderful user of sarcasm, lover of Monty Python….the list went on. She was one of the main reasons he went on IF. Of course, every now and then she’d do something that really pissed him off, which usually resulted in increasing BTF’s laughter, but it always ended the same way: Bucket would PM her at the end of the day an apologize, and BTF would gracefully forgive, and then they would chat about annoying n00bs.

Today however, BTF had yet to insult him and was actually being quite civil, something that was extremely rare. He clicked on his control pad and started writing her a PM, something they also did everyday.

“Hey, how are you?” He wrote. “I’m pretty good, minus soggy. Being a tard again, as usual. But enough about me, what are you up to?”

He clicked the send button and sat back to wait for her reply.

Finally, I was eager to post, but now that you have, not so eager.

Chapter 2- Jack.

GE, or Jack, was sitting in the kitchen with his laptop as usual.

"MUM! I'M GOING ON IF!" he shouted out.

"Going to see your friend Bucket again? What's the other ones name, BFG?"

Jack sighed and said, "BTF, BartemaeusTrilogyFan, BFG is the name of a book, 'Big Friendly Giant'" He chuckled at the thought of BTF being a giant, the only resemblance between the two was that the were both very friendly.

In fact, BTF was the prettiest person on IF that Jack knew, she was also one of his best friends.

Jack pressed the enter button on the main page of IF, then stood up and put his head in the computer. His whole body was sucked in and he landed with a loud Thump.

I really ought to work on my landings, he thought. He then pulled out a small hand-held device. He browsed the page on it then exlaimed quietly, "Yes, BTF and Bucket are on!"

Even though he said this quietly he heared a n00b say, "STFU, N00B!" Jack rolled his eyes, looked at the sky and waited....

...and waited. Then finally, he saw the Wicked Witch of the West fly down and cackled "BANHAMMER!" and flew away.

Then n00bs just feet away from Jack he vanished. A wide grin spread from ear-to-ear on his face, "Thanks Arthryn" he shouted after her. Hey made his way to "The Cycle" thread, where Bucket and BTF were discussing things about Inheritance, Jack's favourite series.

Round robins are not allowed. Round robins are stories written by multiple authors, each who have a character who's point of view they use. Stories can be joint-written by up to three authors, but if more people jump in and the story lacks structure, it will be closed.
