Popular G.M. (Girl Model) Rinion is leaving behind her old life to attend the Elite Academy, an acclaimed boarding school in New York horse county, where glamorous rich kids don’t let the rules get in the way of an excellent time.
Determined to leave her past behind her, Rinion sets off to the Academy with big plans of reinventing herself. She’ll be a goddess-she’s a sophisticated French girl, after all!- and will find a boy who can properly worship her. But after only several days at the Academy, Rinion realizes that the only boy she wants is going to be a lot harder to get than she previously thought; especially since her self-absorbed new roommates, Ally and Hadha, aren’t exactly there to help- unless there’s something in it for them.
Hot guys, new intrigue, and delicious gossip add up to more trouble than ever for Rinion. But if risking her good-girl status is what it takes to get the man of her dreams and gain a reputation- she’ll do all that and more to become The IF Girl.
The first week at the Academy had flown by so quickly. It seemed that it was just yesterday that she had sweet-talked a geeky-looking second year- what was his name; Bucket, maybe?- into hauling her Louis Vuitton luggage from her father’s Ferrari to the very room she now occupied. Of course, the room was not by any means hers. Her two roommates had made it very clear to her from day one that it was THEIR room, THEIR CONDOMS, and THEIR BOOZE. Rinion cringed as he looked at their unmade beds; silk sheets in a tangle. On the second day, she had tried to tidy up the room a little.
She remembered it vividly. She’d been making the beds when the door crashed open.
“WHERE’D YOU PUT THE RUBBING ALCOHOL, WENCH?” screamed Ally as she stumbled into the room, clutching a bottle of Absolut in her left hand. The girl threw herself down onto Rinion’s wrinkless bed, sighing as she brought the bottle to her face.
“I JUST DRUNK DAT LAST DROP. THERE WAS THAT RUBBING ALCOHOL, THOUGH. WHERE’D YOU PUT IT?”
Rinion remembered smiling proudly.
“I effectively decontaminated about 97% of the bacteria in this room with that bottle alone.”
Ally had looked blankly at her, a smirk rising on her freshly glossed lips. She had stood up with an uncanny air of self-assurance, and tripped her way out of the room.
The next day, all of Rinion’s bras were missing. It had turned out that Ally had “accidentally dropped” them into some boy’s laundry pile.
And that’s when she met him.
Although it was admittedly awkward to see him standing there, holding her red, mesh bras with a scowl on his face, Rinion knew she was taken from the moment she laid eyes on him.
Despite the fact that she nearly died of an asthma attack from that stinking cigarette he had held between his unnaturally sharp teeth.
He was a bad boy. She was a good girl. She liked it.
