To the point, there is basically no background. Lots of smudging, distorting. But really plain. But I like it. C&C?

It is definitely plain, but it also definitely works. Great smudging technique and nice lighting thrown in. I love the bleak look. Great sig, real nice flow.

Ooh, I like it. Where did you get the awesome picture?
The smudging is nice, though on the guy's shoulder it's a bit much; it kinda looks like they were just stuck on there when the smudging is too obvious.
Other than that, nice.

It looks like a good starting point, but largely unfinished. There needs to be very careful composition in minimalistic sigs, and this one isn't balanced quite right jt yet, you need to add more stuff.
Freedom and America and Justice and America and Opportunity and America and America. ...In America.
