Yea, it just seems like one or two fractals with added text. You really need to do much more with this sig. Your best bet would be to follow some tutorials. pixel2life.com has some great tutorials.

I feel that it would overfill it. I like the pattern so I wanted that as the mmain bit.

Adding more now would, yeah, he means you need to expand it with other stuff if you're to improve.

Though aside from following tutorials to get to grips with how your program works (Photoshop?), which I highly recommend right now, you can change the text. That font is broken up and tends to look just low quality and jagged no matter what you do with it. I'd recommend using a smoother font.

Oh, and with the tutorials, don't follow them to the letter, experiment, use different renders and stocks, or colours if you like. That way you're actually learning as opposed to mimicking.

If it was originally made in photoshop then you could change the text, but he would need the original copy with the layers, otherwise it is just a picture, and the text layer will be intergrated with the others, meaning you would have to crop it out somehow and replace it.
