It's nice and bright xD Maybe that's just my computer ...

It's quite nice, I like the background and effects over Okami but the text really throws me off. It doesn't really fit. and the position doesn't help the flow much but distracts.

Nice sig, I like the effects and the blending with the effects over the render was done excellently. The only thing that I really notice (besides the text) is that at the back, there is one bright line that goes perpendicular to the rest of the flow. Not at all major, but it disrupts the sig a small bit.
