A field, glasses (the left bottom is a shadow, it doesn't belong to the picture xD) , pumpkins and an Angel.

coffee.gif so, what do you say? ... xD I didn't work on these pictures very long... The angel took roughly two hours, the other pics about 1 to 3 days.
The real developed drawings are too big for the scanner and too detailed for the digicam -.-

Btw, VMIFerrari's stunning artwork sits on me, I must make it better *churnedUp* xD
I will practice... But... I'm too lazy xDDD

Post critique! ^^

Wow, your sketches are really nice!!! My favorite ones are the glasses and the pumpkins. What medium(s) do you use? Pencil/colored pencil or some fancier stuff? Also, what kind of paper do you draw on?

Field - I think you could do with more contrast between light and dark. Everything's pretty much in the gray. Also, the picture seems to be smack-dab in the middle. Thirds lines are your best friend. ;).gif

Glasses - I love love LOVE the color and the details, especially on the glasses themselves. You must have a lot of patience to draw in all those lines on the cloth. unworthy.gif Again, don't forget your thirds lines - but here it's not so bad because you've done so good a job making the glasses the focal point of the picture.

Pumpkins - Again, thirds lines. And again, I commend you for all the detail you put into your picture. The corn must have been a pain. Also, the leaf from the corn stalk that's hiding the yellow thing (what is that?) takes up too much space, and pulls the eye to it.

Angel - Cute. ).gif The hands are too small, or the head is too big. The eyes have a weird slant, although it might just be the angle. The wings are gorgeous, and what detail you did manage to add in two hours work really well. Nicely done!

Can't wait to see more!!

Your artwork is really great! What did you color with in the picture of the glasses?

I'm assuming in the picture of the field, those are rays of sunlight coming down from the sky? I suppose the only thing that I think is odd is the sky. Something about it seems a little off, but I can't pinpoint what.

Post more art soon!

*applauds like a child watching a magic trick*

very nice, very nice!! Your drawings are wonderful to look at! I envy your ability with color pencils... I have never had enough patience to make all the coloring EVEN... I get aggrivated with the amount of time I put into it, the scratch the heck out of the paper and then it looks all crappish and horrible....

if you have anything else to post, please do, because these are some of the best things on here!!!

I don't know the name of the paper in English, but it's brownish and rough, for the pastel pencils I use.

Actually, it's not pain, but fun - great fun ^^

I just noticed, that I didn't draw for one year or more. My pictures are old, surely I got better with practice in the form of little studies (shapes, techniques, shadow, etc. ), but I'm too lethargic to sit and draw nice, worked out, new pictures. Anyway,

WOW! This is great. The first time I looked at the one with the glasses I thought it was a picture, seriously ).gif Your realistic style and eye for detail is really great. You must be really patient.

I liked the way the light shone through the clouds. The only thing I'm putting a little questionmark at is the blue area under the towel in the glasses picture. It looks a little odd somehow.

Holy crap (Sorry for the language) those are like, really good! I really loved the field with the house, very detailed. I could probably never do that in my life. The sky and the trees were very nice. I love the shading and detail. The (crop?) was really good. The rows were shaded and shaped really good. All I can say for advice is that you angle it more from the point of view. On the right and left of the crops, the rows should be pointing towards you, but otherwise, I think that you did a great job on it.

The glasses looked real. At first I thought that was just a picture taken but if you look closely, it was a drawing. Excellant work on that. The glass was very detailed with the lighting reflecting off of it. The dish towel was really good. That's what made the picture look so real.

The pumpkins were drawn also very detailed. The detail that you put on your work makes it look so real. I really like that about drawings. I think that the pumpkins looked also real but were more drawn than your others.

Finally, your angel looked great. The detail again, looked really good. The shading on the wings were very well drawn. The hair flow looked the most real on the drawing. It looked amazing. The curliness looked also most real. The face was very well drawn also, the facial expression looked mysterious and kind.

Overall, very nice drawings. Like others have said, I can't wait to see more from you.

Wow! Like seriously, wow!
To have that kind of patience is incredible. I lose concentration after about 10 minutes.

The angel is definitely my favorite. It looks incredible.

Care to share any tips on patience?

http://www.myimg.de/...=Rosen290c4.jpg The colors are a bit.. messy, I think.

The picture of Eragon on Inheriwiki is mine, too: http://images1.wikia...n.by.Saryna.jpg

Maybe, being meticulous. But that's no tip. And I don't think, you would want to have AS? Yeah, it has it's advantages ^^

The links on your first post don't work. Nice picture of Eragon though!

Oh, brilliant!!

I don't think the colors are messy, I think they flow seamlessly from one to the other, and it looks beautiful! Was that colored with pastels or colored pencils?

Oh my gosh, that is so amazing. The roses are just so beautiful, and I'm dead serious about it, too. Did you look off of some roses and free hand it or just think it and draw?

I love the color blending you demonstrated. The different shades of green and the red/orange is really, really good. I love using pastels with blending. It's much easier and then it turns out looking so well. I really love this pastel work. Also, what colors did you use for the white/tan flower? Just all kinds of different shades?

I'm sorry if I'm asking a lot of questions, but I need to know. I'm definitely not as good as you with pastels, but I'd like to practice ).gif.

I simply looked at them laying before me and drew them. The usual ^^

Yes, I used a white, some brown, yellow, beige and grey pecils for the white rose.
