I like this one, although maybe he could be a bit smaller.

It's alright, but it looks like you scaled the pic to fit your tag's length. I would say flatten the image layers and just scale it shorter, and then crop from the top and bottom a little bit. Other than that, I think you did a much better job than with the iron man tag. Though I liked what you did with the image of iron man a lot.
