Was there ever a great time in the Soul Society?
"argh, I'm so tired...argh, what time is it? WHAT? 10:00 a.m.! I OVERSLEPT! IM SUPPOSED TO BE AT THE LIFE GATE 2 HOURS AGO!!!"
Joey Vice wasn't the strongest or brightest shinigami in the universe. It's true that he was trained by Captain Ukitake of Squad 13, but that didn't really make him strong. He WAS strong, don't get me wrong, but not in the brain.
Joey ran around his pagoda, grabbing his combat robes, expensive gray robes enchanted by magic, his Zanpaku-to, Zoran, putting his 3-strap sheath on, all the while mumbling "I'm late, I'm late, I'm late..."
Right as Joey ran out the door, Jak came to meet him,
Hey little one, you're late, again.Wow, I really did not know that at all Jak.Hey! Stop the sarcasm! I'm your dragon! Treat me with some respect!...okJak was Joey's dragon. This made Joey more powerful, as two can be greater than one, but the two got into fights every now and again.
Byakuya met them at the gate. "you're late...again."
"Hey! Jak decided not to wake me up this time!"
As I remember, you were the one who set the alarm.Shut up!Joey was the only Shinigami Rider in the Soul Society. This made Joey different to the others because of the amount of rachi in him. Most shinigami treated him like a monster.
The Live Gate is the only way to get into Alagaesia, or the Life Domain. The LD was discovered 50 years before Joey came through it. At the time, Joey was an infant and did not remember a thing.
At this point in time, only one tunnel existed between the two worlds, making entry difficult. Squad 12, however, was always making new tunnels, even though the only one who used them was Joey. The only problem with this research was that the Void, where the LD's hollows and lost souls rested, was also opened as well. This called for a need for Shinigami in the LD. However, Joey was going for a different reason.
"So, are we ready?" Byakuya asked.
"Yes" Joey responded.
So am I. Jak projected his thoughts so that Byakuya could hear him.
"Ok then, Start the spell Joey"
Joey preformed a few hand signs and then shouted, "Open, Domain!"
At that time the gate became a white light. Joey stepped into it and ventured into the LD.

In the darkness of the Void, a female dragon hollow conversed with its rider hollow. The dragon's mask was a bright white with blue markings, as was the rider's.
Are you ready?"Are you kidding? I've wanted some fresh Shinigami lately."
Really? So have I."Don't forget to share if you kill him."
Don't worry, I will.The Void's gate to the LD opened, and the two set out for the LD.

ZORAN 2
Jak landed on a hill that was lush and green; it almost seemed like the people that live here took care of it or nature had shone down on it more that usual.
you should get started on finding any hollows, Jak said to his Rider.

We can't be seen by most of the people that live here, remember?Just go before I change my mind!FineWith that, Jak unfolded his massive wings and took off. Joey knew that the only ones who could see Jak was the ruleing party, or the famliy of the king. The king was a desendent of Bromsson, a hero to all the people of the Life Domain, or the LD. However, they were not near Uru'baen, so Rex and his army couldn't shoot him out of the sky if he wanted to.
Rex was the current ruler of Alagaesia, which at this point was Surda. After the war against Galbatorx, a new order was establised, however, because of the number of laws that were still in place from the old order, Bromsson's famliy overthrew the ruler and put Rex's grandfather on the throne. Because of this, Bromsson took his blessing away from his famliy and left Alagaesia to live in pease.
Joey sat down in a cross legged style after Jak had left. From his rutsack he took a light blue marble. He mumbled something and, as if it was right on que, the marble split into two 1 inch diamader halfes.
Ataching them to the back of his hands, he preformed some hand signs and summoned a 3-feet radius circle made of light appeared on the ground he was siting on, he himself was stationed in the center.
All around the Locater Circle was lights of every color of the rainbow. The color of the light identified the person or spirt you were looking for.
Joey preformed Three hand signs and mumbled the true name of a hollow.
"Karika"
The light disaperd from the circle, meaning that there was no hollows in this world at the moment.
Joey kept his hands in the Tiger hand sign for about an hour, then, just about when he was going to give up, a blue light appered in the circle.
Joey gasped. This light was brighter and larger that the others he had seen. This was a diffrent type of hollow and as it will turn out, he has only seen only one other hollow like this one.
Joey ordered the light to show him the way, he ended the spell, took off his marbles and putting them in his rutsack, got up, and, while grasping the hilt to his large 2 handed light blue Zanpaku-to Zoran, ran to the place that the light was showing him.
Jak! he called out with his mind.
I found one! Get ready and bring a mop, I don't think we will leave this battle in one peace!---End of ZORAN 2---
