Yeah a space for my drawing's, done on PS with a tablet.
This is something I literally drew 5 mins ago, 2 T shirt design/print idea's, to do with global warming etc.
Btw I like drawing on a cardboard colour. ( If your wondering about the bg)

When I have time I'll probably upload other sketches.

Nice! Hands are a pain to draw, in my opinion, so kudos to you for drawing two of them. The proportions are right on, too - except for the pinky on the left hand (with the "Earth" on it). It seems a bit too long, compared to the ring and index fingers. But maybe it's supposed to be since it's "king." p.gif

What kind of tablet do you have?

Cheers everyone!

Ah yeah Good point Allera the pinky is quite big, I will fix that up, ah my tablet is an old Wacom Graphire classic 6 x 8 (quite a small one) I got it on an offer a couple of years back for about Ł55 (I hear the new bamboo tablet by wacom is cheaper and better).
It has really opened up a new world on Photoshop (although it does take a little bit of time to adjust to get the kind of results you would with a pencil).

EDIT:

I decided to do a quick sketch of Pmurphy21 ( I cant draw faces at all =( ):

Yes, you're a very good drawer. I love the hands. And the face, it's awesome. As PMurphy said, it's a lot better than anything I could do.

Cheers ;).gif

Here's another one (I would REALLY appreciate crit and help on shading) as you can see im crap at shading and giving a 3d look, any techniques or anything that would help is greatly appreciated.

I'm trying to get better with hands so I'm trying random hand poses.

I can't help with shading much, because it looks like you did this on the computer. Any art done on the computer wouldn't be my area of expertise. Not like I'm an expert at anything though, hah.

Anyways! I think I can help you with the hand. (I'm assuming the palm is the part of the hand facing us) That pose, first off, is sort of hard to pull off. Maybe it's just me, but trying just right now, I can't place my middle finger over the other without forcing it with my other hand. I can put it behind, but not in front. Why don't you try?

The only other thing I have to say is that the pinky may be too long.

Can't wait to see more!

Advice for shading: draw the bars of color tones, then use a speckled brush (aka splatter) and smudge the boundaries back and forth with short wiggly strokes. It's the way I shade and it works very well in my opinion (unless you consider use of the smudge cheating. Which it kinda is. XD)

THANK YOU!

Ill definitely use that for a smooth finish, but first I want to stay traditional, so I work on one layer if possible for the coloring process, and I try to stop myself from using ctrl-z or anything else, till I've got some kind of skill down.

I like the whimsical coloring to it. Very cool. I like it.

The eye is a little odd. I would try some shading or a bigger pupil.
