I couldn't find any threads like this one... so sorry if this is some type of repeat...

I have a passion for photography and an obsession for crazy nice cameras. I found an amazing website that had amazing cameras for amazingly low prices. So, I was able to buy the camera of my dreams. A Nikon D90. I love it... I would post some pictures, but I would have to do some major resizing, and I am on the wrong computer! ).gif

So... I was just wondering, what types of cameras are the most commonly used amongst you guys, and (if you have a Digital SLR) what lenses you guys use.

I use a HP, but I really want to use something a little better. The one I have is very slow, and won't take the pic when I want it to. The one my dad has is by Canon, and it's awesooooooome.

Cannons and Nikons are the only cameras that I like... all the rest of them have issues... as far as I can tell...

I just use my phone, or a little digital Nikon, but then again, I'm not much of a photographer. My sister has a REALLY nice Nikon that she got for like 500 bucks..

Yeah, HP sucks. I can make it work, but I have to fix the photos a lot later on because the camera can't take them right.

Hahaha. I know how that is. I used to have a Panasonic, and I had to fix like... every picture. I don't have to do that with the D90. It makes me so happy. LOL. I have found that editing photos can be fun... when you WANT to do it... not because you HAVE to do it to get a decent picture.

That is so awesome! The D90 is my dream camera too, but I settled for the P90 cause it was 1/10 the price. Can I put links to pics here? I like taking pictures of flowers and small animals, particularly reptiles. I would love to see some of your pics!

I will post some of my pics on my thread... eventually.... once I get some edited and downloaded. LOL. I am bad about not downloading photos until my memory card is like... completely full...

Sony R1, 10 megapixel. Its a prosumer camera, not a DSLR, but its does the trick.

I use my own Sony Cybershot for general photos and a Nikon D300 Digital SLR for serious photos.

I have a Canon EOS 300D. I love it!
The situation is hopeless, but not serious.

Sony Cybershot . . . that's . . . er, seven or eight years old, I believe? X.gif
