Drawing competition #2 voting

Lady Goldylocks 3- I absolutely love your picture. I love how you put the instruments in the way you did, all twisted like. It was pretty sweet. And you obviously put alot of detail into it, especially with the music notes. And the color choice is amazing, not to mention the way they change and blend together. I can tell you put alot of work into it. Well done.

Avid Reader 2- Yours was a close second. I really love it. It's so original. It definitely looks like the spirit of a guitar. I can tell you put alot of work into it as well. There's so much to look at. I love the name too, by the way. The one thing I would change though is make the guitar more 3-D. It looks a little flat. But other than that, it's really cool.

Kat_Hiwatari 1- I really like yours too because it's interesting and fun to look at. When I first looked at it, I thought the person was a ninja and I thought "Music Ninja? Alright, that's cool." And then I took a closer look and I saw that the person looks gagged and I saw determination in the eyes and it looked like the person hated whoever gagged them and prevented them from singing and at the same time, the person looked like they envied the freedom of the music notes. What I'm trying to say is that there's so many ways to interpet it and that's really important in a picture too.

Well that's good. Palagrin, I guess you just have to check out KAT's drawing in the other topic *shrug*

Okay, now let us get back to voting peeps XD

[3] DrakolnBlood - I love the color scheme, and it's so simplistic and yet detailed. It's in perfect balance and the feeling it gives me is amazing. The strokes and splutters look deliberate and random at the same time, and all those little rings on those keys. Wow...

[2] avid reader - A veeery close second, it could really have gone either way. The details of this.. just.. amazes me ;).gif

It's very ornate and so so awesome. But it just felt a tad bit stiff and overcomposed, that was why the 3-pointer went to DrakolnkBlood. But it's just so awesome, I used a really long time to make up my mind.

[1] KAT_Hiwatari, amazing movement and flow. The idea with the gag is fabulous and it was executed very good. But I'm missing some colors and it seemed a little more sketchy than the two above. Still really awesome.

I wish I could vote for all of you, you guys are amazing! ^_^
