It's cool, but a little busy. Perhaps it could be toned down a bit?

Even though it is busy, it looks really nice. At the moment I couldn't say what to change, but when I'll get on the computer I'll see what I can do.

I don't think it's busy at all, without a specific focus, any part could be the focus for someone, which might make it look busy if you look for a single focal point. I think the colored one looks better, and I really like the sideways text. If anything, I might say it's a bit dark.

When outnumbered, just remember, you have walked into a target rich environment, swing away.
