Yet another random topic. I saw an especially ugly bug on my window earlier, and decided that whoever can make a good signature of an ugly bug will officially go into my book of awesome people.

That is a common misconception. That is a crane fly that some poeple call a daddy long legs because it looks a bit like one.

Meh, in England Land they are referred to as Daddy Long Legs all the time, I have always heard them called that, and have always used that name for them.

In England, Daddy Longlegs = Cranefly. In NA and Scotland Daddy Longlegs is an arachnid, but not a spider.
