Well i'm not sure where to post this, but I think this is an appropriate place. I need an artist who can do some serious work. I'm working on a few comic ideas and one of them more so than the others. If you take up the job you will have to draw out the pages in rough pencil, and perhaps looking at your skill outline and ink. Now of course for this job I cannot pay you but if it turn successful you will get credited for it. Now if you wish to take on this job there are no strict deadlines but I will need a posted portfolio here. If you need more information on what you might be working on or samples of my writing feel free to request and I will PM them to you. Remember this job will be a collaboration between you and I and there will be a pretty big space for creative independance. Thank you for your time, I hope to see your portfolios soon.

I doub't you'll get any people for this because they may want to do their own thing, or are rubbish at cartoons.

Eh I need at artist so I figured i'd try here. It might turn out fine.
Also I can't get into the plot but the text says "The Guardians" and then on the bottom "9/11". I'm afraid the rest of the info is for the person who will be drawing it amongst other things.

If you want people to help you out on this, you might want to explain more of what's going on in the comic, otherwise people won't know what to do. If you tell them to do this, they might not do it right because they have a different expertise in a different kind of art. If you say people, then I wouldn't be able to do it because I suck at drawing people. But if you say animals, then I might be able to do it.
Get the picture at what I'm saying?

He gave her twelve roses. Eleven were real and one was fake. He said, "I'll love you 'til the last one dies."

It is a sort of dark comedic work. For instance the first part is them holding death accountable for killing so many people on 9/11. Because the US death ban of 1945 after WWII states that death cannot claim mass number of lives into the thousands on US soil without filling out and getting a pre-approved mass death form.
So basically I will need someone who is good at drawing buildings, hell, heaven, random objects, but more importantly figures such as death, God, Jesus, etc. Also people in suits, advanced weapons, things like this. I already have a couple issues lined up but haven't written anything because i'm waiting for an artist or artists to help me out.

Alright. Agent Swanson. He has a bald head, wrinkles under his eyes from sleep deprivation, and no facial hair. He has thing eyebrows, three small cuts on his left cheek, and purple eyes. He is wearing a black suit, two buttons, with two pockets on either side, a white dress t-shirt, and a crimson tie. In his right pocket he can see the top of a metal lighter which on it has a flaming skull with a halo above it. On his left side by his chest we can see the hints of a pistol with silencer under his suit jacket The suit is not pinstriped. On his feet he is wearing light combat boot, that look like a tennis show, but are reinforced and backed like a combat boot. On the back of his right hand he has his thumb, index finger, and middle finger all with black fingernails.
Well that is it, i'd love to see your take. Personally the kind of art style I go for is kind of hectic, grundgeish, but a more common comic approach would be cool.

You're still waiting because you just want someone to do it for free. The actual illustration is pretty much the face of your comics, yet you just want to ride off the skills of someone else without compensating them.
If you can't afford an actual artist or don't want to split credit/partner with one (it's clear you just want to dictate your personal vision to some poor naive schmuck), then stop twiddling your thumbs and draw it yourself. As cartoons like xkcd and Cyanide and Happiness have proven, you don't necessarily need any artistic talent to make a good comic.
PS: Rowh, don't be that poor naive schmuck. Either get equal footing with SJ, since you're the one to be bringing this thing to life, or get monetary compensation.

I'm a bit flashy, but I can switch to pensive if you'd like. - John Taylor

lulwut? Obviously i'm so willing to split the credit, I know how GNs and comics work. Hell look at Watchmen or any GN it has the writer and artists name on it.

@Arthryn, thank you for your concern, but I believe he will give me credit for it. It wouldn't be that hard to write my name in it somewhere.
