I find myself in nature,
In a soothing, gentle breeze,
I find myself in singing birds, and leaping fish, and trees.
I find myself in freedom,
in the soaring eagle's eye,
I find myself in boundless plains,
beneath an open sky.
I find myself in mountains,
in canyons strong and deep,
I find myself in howling wolves,
in herons, ducks, and sheep.
I find myself in family,
in the feeling you belong.
I find myself in loyal pets,
I find myself in song.
And I don't mean sing-songs, either. I mean real song, true song. The song of the heart. The song that rings through life itself, the most beautiful music in the world...
And that's that. I tried to capture this feeling...sort of what makes me feel strong and free and...like me. I'd really appreciate you telling me how I did with that.

Okay. I didn't find my other one, but I wrote this recently and I like it a lot. Concrit always welcome, of course. Nature-lover, Kari? Well, then, I dedicate this one to you and our mutual friend Adurna Shrrg, hoping she'll get well soon and tell us what the Frith's going on.
If you, who mankind has despised,
Through stories and rumors, all of them lies,
Can lift up your head and have pride in your eyes
And howl your songs, so ancient, so new
And roll with your pups, play tag in the dew,
not let the world change your opinion of you,
Then I too can lift up my heart to the skies,
Ignore all the teasing and laughter and lies,
Hold my head proudly and simply be me
For we know, if we're just who we are,
we are free.
I wrote this one today in art class. Tis not very good. NEED CONCRIT!!

Well, that's that. Any reviews appreciated.
