These are really cool, especially the shading which is incredible. The first drawing is really cool, and I love it. But the thing that strikes me as an error, is the match box. They wouldn't really have fire on the front, like you have, but either way, they get the idea. The end of the match box, like the opening of the box, seems to come smaller, and that's a small mistake that can be fixed easily.
The second one is very realistic, and I like that about it. The hand and arm is incredible, and even the hairs on the arm. The alarm clock is awesome, too, and I love the buttons, and how it looks so realistic.
The last one is cool, but I'm mad because I can't see the other arm. The shoes are a bit too big for his body, but the guitar is shaped pretty well. The best thing that I like are probably the wings. It's really interesting and the shaping is pretty good, but not perfect. You should fix up on the shaping, like the one on the right. It looks different from the one on the right.
Good job

First off, thanks a ton.

Okay, about the matchbox: I actually looked at a match box that I had, and It was pinched at the open end, which is why it is narrower(is that a word?). Also, I just didn't draw it that well in the first place. As for the label, It's hard to draw skewed letters, so I decided on a smaller word. (If my drawing were a three dimetional(sp?) and you could see "fire" from a straighter angle, it would look really funny) Either way, it's not a real matchbox, so I decided the label didn't matter.
For the second one, I wanted to recreate the world through 4-am-eyes. That way I could blame any mistakes(like how the clock doesn't even have straight lines) on the fact that that's how my eyes see at 4am. I was initially gonna make the clock say "4 or 5" to match the song lyrics, but my sister convinced me the song says "4-o'5" so I erased and redrew. You should listen to the song(if you can find the actual song) the drawing kinda fits the feel of the song(or at least that was my intent). Those hairs took me forever.
The third one was actually a random drawing I scribbled on a b-day card for a friend. I liked the original better, but I gave it to the friend. I edited the new drawing to make it fit my mind's image of Tom Gabel(Against Me!). This grey-skinned, pitiful, blind man with useless wings and one less arm than is needed to strum his out-of-tune guitar is a metaphore for the source of a voice that has filled my ears with screams of self-pity and biting truths.
All three of these were drawn on paper(maybe homework?) with a mechanical pencil then photographed and uploaded to my computer to edit out the math work or whatever else shared the space. If you look at them, you can tell that I took the pictures from an angle(because pencil lead is reflective and doesn't photograph well from straight-on).
Again, thank you so much for your input.

Legalistic people suck. Legalism makes me sick. I wonder what makes them tick. I wanna go puke on it.
