Brisingr Concept What do you think the Sword looks like?

This isn't exactly like the sword as described, but I was bored and threw this together.







And Somthing some people may enjoy. :-)

You made those on your own? The hilts are probably renders, yes?

The first one has a lot of potential, but the eges of the flame are so rough they look more like spikes than tongues of flame. Maybe you could blur those and smudge them into more of a body rather than random spikes.

The second has better tongues of flame, but it looks as if there are two beams of fire, not a sword. Judging by the hilt, it isn't a sword, so I'll not say anything else. XD it's much better in quality and design. XD Good job!

Did you use sting fromLOTR on the first one?

Ok, They were both made in very little time. No actual effort went into either. I hope you don't assess my PS skills with these 2 photos. ermm.gif I am just curious if you guys have put any time into recreating Brisingr.

For the hilt of the first, Yes it is a render, and I just used Smudge for the rest.
As for the 2nd.... Energy Sword! Blar!

lol. I like the energy sword addition. clever. I never quite understood how that would be a good model for a sword in the first place......even if it is fantasy......
