I was surprised to find no topic on "The Broken Sky" when I looked through the Books and Literature pages, so I started one.

If you haven't read the books please do. They are of fiction category and do have "energy" or "magic" in them, but there are no Dragons, or Vampires, or Magicians, or Elves, or Dwarfs or anything else that you come by every day. Chris Wooding has created the worlds (not one, but two) completely by his own imagination without any ideas from outside. There are in all 9 books. They haven't been individually named but are only numbered.

If you have read it, I'd like your take on it. I've only read the first six, and I'm not getting other three veryangry.gif ...

OMG! Another Broken Sky fan? I thought I was the only one.

I happily own all of them and am a huge fan. You need to get the last three. It's epic. An absolutely amazing series. The writing is simple, yet effective. The worlds that Chris Wooding describes and creates are amazing. The overall plot is kinda already a bit repetitive, but Chris did such an amazing job making it more original.

But, if interested, if you can't get a hold of the last three books, I can write and send you a summary, if you want. Let me know if you're interested and I can send it via PM.

FINALLY! I thought no one was going to post in here!

Chris Wooding has done a fantastic job. IMO, its the best action fantasy. The guy' s imagination is unbelievable. Totally original.

You own all unworthy.gif ! WOW! Thanks for the offer! But I think I'll wait a bit and try to get them from somewhere...
