I don't have much time right now, so I'll come back and crit more later.
The main thing that jumps out at me strangely is the haze behind her hair. Since it came from the image of her hair, it looks a bit odd since it's sort of spilling onto the main image. I think that the whole blurred area around them cuts a little too close to the central figures, giving it this weird sort of flow as the backs of their heads ooze oddly into the background image. I think that a better-looking boundary would be slightly past the backs of their heads, so only the very backs and their shoulders blend outwards.

A fair point.

Personally I think that it is great for your first try. I have never made a sig before so I have no idea how it is. But it looks nice.

Yeah, obviously there are gonna be loads of faults with it, and hopefully I can get some more crits on it so that I can get back to previous skill levels and start contributing more.
EC is better than CP

It is pretty good. What program do you use? Better than the two I have made. (One is the Balrog in my sig)

I really like it, except for the ozzy effect of the Bella's nose and their hair. The ooze looks okay for Edward's tux.

EC, I use Photoshop. Always have done.
Just to clarify, this is not my first sig ever. This is the first sig I have made since I was banned a couple of months back

Do you think you could fix her nose and their hair for me?
Indubitably

This signature has a good first impression. But I think it lacks depth, which is important when making a signature. It's a good concept, and a good render.
Keep up the good work.

I really liked the colors in your sig there, and the fact that the two people are the main focus is a good effect, I like the way it's got a lot of detail, but not too messy or exhausting to look at.

Haven't talked to you in a while, MOTB. Nice to see you around again.
Anyway, the sig is great overall. However, the colors in the render kinda clash with the bg colors, in my opinion. You should do some image adjustments to try and get the render and background to blend better.

That was really, really late on C&C.

Funny though.
