Personally, I think it would be nice of the text was a bit bigger, put off into the unused space on the left, and maybe had some subtle effects around the text.

I really like this, though, it may have something to do with the fact that I love FFVII.

Anyways, I think it would look better if the orange/gold stripe on the right was gone. Also, a bit more contrast in the black would look good.

The text stands out a bit too much; you can probably make it much bigger and more translucent, or change the color to a brown-orange. Overall it looks pretty good, although perhaps the bright orange in the upper left can be carried throughout the image, since in such a small area it's distracting.

Where did you get the background?

lot's of smudging and displacing, on top of a linear gradient.I can't believe I missed a spot when erasing on my C4D, I'll get rid of that orange streak a bit later. and I'll try some of your suggestions on the text, thanks guys.

Actually, I kind of like that orange streak. Maybe if you colorized the gold vein-looking things in the background to match the orange?

I'm not sure how I'd do that though, anyway, I'm off to bed, this will have to wait for sunday.
