I would make the text a little more flamboyant, it would match the mood of the graphic better.

EDIT: In any way I try, I can't find the right color, due to there being a lot of colors in the sig, both dark and light. Any suggestions?

Use multiple layers of text for every different color of text.


Okay, to be honest....it's pretty bad.

For starters the quality is horrible, you need a better stock image. Second, the the flow is all over the place, the background is going everywhere. The colors in the swirls are completely different tones than House is. His are more matte blander colors, while the swirls are mostly bright pastels. Third, lose the Vicodin pill, it doesn't fit well with the overall sig. It's blurry because it's too big, and it just distracts. Also, lose the text, or lower the opacity and shrink it.
