The third one is the best.

I'm fond of the first one.

The first one is by far the best. Everything is even and perfect.

The third is okay, but a bit busy.

The second one is okay, but the eagle is odd. The way they smudged it or whatever kinda throws it off.

The last one would've been perfect if that text wasn't there. It really messes it up.

I like the second and third almost equably but it would depend on the mess age you want to send personally I would choose the second one.

I really liked the one with the eagle, number two. But I also liked number three, though not as much as number two.

I really like the third one. I think it is just, well, a good sig while the others seem rather plain and flat...

I think 1, 2, and 3 are spot on. 4 on the other hand is eh, text is wrong, no focal point. The text on one is pretty amazing and a great font choice for the render you used. Good use of the space.
